In December of 2022, JNP Coffee hosted its first private auction of specially selected small lots of coffee from different producers in Burundi. Over the many months of preparation required to prepare the auction – including the platform, the coffees, and the prospective bidders – JNP Founder Jeanine Niyonzima-Aroian learned many lessons, and in the spirit of sharing knowledge that might benefit other specialty coffee producers and green coffee sellers, she will be speaking about some of the challenges and opportunities she encountered in this session at the 2023 Green Coffee Summit.
